Leadership
The story so far
Experience built the résumé.
Change reshaped the plan.
I’ve always been drawn to people, new experiences, leadership, and helping others see possibilities they may not have considered.
I spent more than 20 years in the wireless industry, eventually working in senior leadership across training, marketing, communications, operations, real estate, and go-to-market strategy.
My career also included five layoffs. After the final one in 2023, I decided it was time to build something for myself. That choice led me to entrepreneurship and my current work as a Career Ownership Coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source.
That instinct to get involved goes back much further. At USC Aiken, I was a cheerleader, student ambassador, student government VP, newspaper page editor, orientation leader, and involved in student activities. Apparently, I’ve never been particularly good at doing just one thing.
That still describes me today. I enjoy speaking, networking, mentoring, writing, media and podcast appearances, and connecting people. I’m curious about what’s possible—both for myself and for the people around me.
